The Clerk/Treasurer shall not issue a license for conducting any business, profession, trade or occupation at a location where the conduct of the business, profession, trade or occupation is prohibited by the zoning regulations of the town. All the licenses shall be subject to verification to ascertain compliance with the zoning regulations. Failure to comply shall be just cause for refusal to issue or immediate revocation of the license by the Clerk/Treasurer.
