(A) The license form or sign issued to show payment of the license taxes imposed by any section of this subchapter shall be displayed in a conspicuous place at the regular place of business of the licensee and shall be produced by the licensee on the request of any authorized enforcement officer of the town.
(B) Any licensee who maintains no regular place of business shall carry, on or about his or her person, the license form or sign issued to show payment of the license tax, which license form shall be produced by the licensee on request of any authorized enforcement officer of the town.
(C) No license measured by the volume of business shall be required to be displayed publicly.
