§ 34.091 SEPARATE LICENSE FOR EACH PLACE OF BUSINESS; 1 LICENSE FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF BUSINESS IN SAME PLACE.
   (A)   No license shall be issued under this subchapter to cover more than 1 place of business.
   (B)   If any applicant is engaged in 2 or more businesses, professions, trades or occupations, all subject to the same rate and conducted at the same location, all information for each such business, profession, trade or occupation shall be given to the Clerk/Treasurer. The applicant may obtain 1 license for all the businesses, professions, trades or occupations, but information for each shall be given and shall appear on the license application form.
