§ 125.50 ON-STREET PARKING.
   A licensed mobile food unit as defined under § 114.03 and regulated by Chapter 114 may park in an otherwise legal manner on a public city street to conduct business with the following conditions:
   (A)   The parking location is adjacent to a business property zoned as one of the following:
      (1)   Business Park ("BP");
      (2)   General Industrial ("I");
      (3)   Transit-Oriented Development Employment ("TOD-E"); or
      (4)   Transit-Oriented Development Employment Transition ("TOD-E.T").
   (B)   The parking space is at least 50 feet from a driveway or intersection to maintain driver visibility.
   (C)   Customer service must occur from the side of the mobile food unit facing the adjacent curb.
   (D)   Waste receptacles must be provided by the mobile food unit licensee if none are otherwise available.
   (E)   Parking hours are limited to between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.
   (F)   Other locations and times may be considered through issuance of a special event permit.
