The property owner and/or the occupants of property that is the subject of a violation of this chapter shall be fined $50 for the first violation; $150 for a second violation, dated 1 year or less from the date of the most recent prior violation; and $300 for each subsequent violation, dated 1 year or less from the from the date of the most recent prior violation. For purposes of this section, a violation will be deemed to be a subsequent violation only if it is based on the same conditions, as described § 93.04, as a prior violation.
