§ 154.04 UNSAFE BUILDING FUND ESTABLISHED.

   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-9-14, the town hereby establishes an Unsafe Building Fund for the Department.

   (B)   The fund shall be used pursuant to I.C. 36-7-9-14 for all funds received by, donated to or otherwise under the control of the Unsafe Building Department.

   (C)   Normal accounting rules will be complied with in accounting for both the fund and the receipts associated with its use.
