Any person who commits a violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil zoning violation and shall be subject to penalties for violation as set forth in Chapter 20.4, Penalties for Violation of the town’s Zoning Ordinance, which chapter is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference.
