All proposed plats within the D-2, A-8, A-16, MD or PUD Districts, or any business, industrial or manufacturing district submitted for Plan Commission approval under the provisions of this chapter shall make provision for street lighting. Plans and specifications for street lighting shall be indicated on the primary plat and shall be installed in accordance with those plans and specifications as approved by the Plan Commission.
