(A) Construction surety shall be provided to each appropriate authority or to the Plan Commission in an amount equal to 125% of the total cost of construction of improvements including roads, storm sewer and drainage, water, sanitary sewers, subdivision monuments, street signs and any other public improvements required by the Plan Commission.
(B) Surety shall be in the form of a bond, legal escrow account in the name of the Plan Commission or the Town Council, or cashier’s check made out to the appropriate authority, or when no specific authority exists, the Plan Commission.
