§ 152.22 TIME LIMITS.
   (A)   Once a primary plat has been approved by the Plan Commission, the secondary plat shall be approved and recorded within 2 years of the date of the primary plat approval. If a secondary plat is not approved and recorded within the time specified, the primary plat approval shall be deemed null and void.

If an improvement location permit has not been obtained within this 2-year period, and construction standards for any of the improvements have been duly amended by the authorizing agency, the construction plans shall be deemed amended to include current construction standards then in existence. An improvement location permit for site improvements shall expire:
      (1)   Upon the passage of 1 year from the date of issuance, if work pursuant to the permit has not been initiated; or
      (2)   Upon the passage of 1 year in which construction activity has not been diligently pursued.
