(A) No certificate of occupancy for any building or structure constructed after the adoption of this chapter shall be issued unless the building or structure was constructed in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
(B) It shall be unlawful to occupy any building or structure unless a full, partial, or temporary certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Building Inspector or designee.
