§ 150.16 REQUIRED.  
   A permit shall be obtained before beginning construction, alteration or repair of any building or structure greater than 200 square feet in area using the forms furnished by the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office, and all fees required by this chapter shall be paid to the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
