§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 131.01 shall be subject to the penalties provided for a Class D Ordinance Violation.
   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 131.02 shall be fined $100 for each violation.
