§ 110.01 LIQUOR RETAILER PERMIT.
   The town gives its consent for a liquor retailer’s permit to be issued in the town for the sale of alcoholic, spirituous beverages, if the application is otherwise duly qualified for the permit by the Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
