(A) No person shall park a vehicle in violation of Chapter 73, Schedule I.
(B) The operator responsible for parking a vehicle in violations of this section - or the registered owner - may be ticketed by a town police officer for a violation.
(C) Any person who violates this section shall be subject to the penalties provided for a Class E Ordinance Violation.
(D) The Town Marshal or any other person designated by the Town Council shall post or cause to be posted suitable signs prohibiting parking consistent with Chapter 73, Schedule I.
