§ 54.01 STORM WATER MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE ADOPTED; EFFECTIVE DATE; COPIES ON FILE.
   (A)   The Brooklyn Storm Water Management Ordinance is hereby adopted.
   (B)   The Brooklyn Storm Water Management Ordinance shall be effective upon publication as required under I.C. 36-5-2.
   (C)   The Brooklyn Storm Water Management Ordinance shall be printed as a separate book and two copies of the book shall be on file with the Brooklyn Clerk-Treasurer and additional copies shall be maintained for sale to the public by the Clerk-Treasurer, the Brooklyn Planning Commission or such other agency deemed appropriate.
