Residential users shall place trash in appropriate plastic or metal containers not larger than 30 gallons in size at curbside but not in the street, no earlier than 24 hours before scheduled trash pickup. The contractor may refuse to pick up bags of trash in an amount exceeding that allowed in § 53.22, after the contractor has given appropriate notice to the residential user.
