§ 53.21 EXTENSION OF SERVICES AND FEES.

The services and fees applicable to residential users shall be automatically extended to cover any additional property and residential users which are subsequently served under any contract entered into pursuant to this subchapter, without any additional notice, hearing or action by this Town Council.
