§ 53.15 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONTRACTOR. The successful bidder on any contract let pursuant to this subchapter.
   DWELLINGS. All residential living units located within the annexed boundaries of the town. DWELLINGS does not include the separate living units in the Mooresville Mobile Home Community or any other mobile home community in the annexed territory of the town, or the multi-family properties at 107 S. Church Street and I-17 Brooklyn Meadows.
   RESIDENTIAL USER. A person or household or owner of a residence, within the corporate limits of the town, which uses or has available for use the service provided pursuant to this subchapter, whose premises or building is used primarily as a residence for 1 or more persons, but shall include individual units of a multi-family dwelling only if that individual unit receives a separate sewer bill from the Town Sewage Utility Department.
   TOWN. The corporate limits of the Town of Brooklyn, Indiana, at the time that service is rendered under any contracts entered into in accordance with this subchapter.
   TRASH. Ashes, rags, garden refuse, kitchen refuse, paper products, brush which is cut and tied in bundles and other ordinary household waste. Grass clippings which are properly bagged shall be accepted as TRASH until such time as they are banned from trash pickup, pursuant to I.C. 13-13 et seq. This term shall not include furniture, appliances, trees, limbs, construction or demolition debris, paint, oil, batteries and other household hazardous waste.
