(A) Alternating current 60 cycle, single-phase, at a voltage of approximately 120 volts, 2-wire, or 120-240 volts, 3-wire; and alternating current, 60-cycle, 3-phase, 4-wire at a voltage of 120 - 600 volts.
(B) The monthly rate shall be 5.4 cents per KWH plus a tracking factor of 4.2661 cents per KWH. In addition, Cinergy, the electricity provider, may charge a fuel adjustment to the town. If so, that fuel adjustment will be prorated to be passed on to the electric utility customers.
(C) The minimum monthly charge under the above rate shall be $8.50. Of that amount, $6.00 shall go into a special emergency fund for the electric utility.
