(A) Alternating current, 60-cycle single-phase, 2-wire, 120 volts or single-phase, 3-wire, 120-240 volts.
(B) The monthly rate shall be 3.8 cents per KWH plus a tracking factor of 4.2661 cents per KWH. In addition, Cinergy, the electricity provider, may charge a fuel adjustment to the town. If so, that fuel adjustment will be pro-rated to be passed on to the electric utility customer.
(C) The minimum monthly charge under the above rate shall be $3.50. Of that amount $2.50 shall go into the special emergency fund for the electric utility.
