(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person found to be violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 51.45 through 51.55 shall be served by the town with a written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for its satisfactory correction. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
(2) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the stated time limit shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine in an amount of $5. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 51.45 through 51.55 set out above and convicted thereof shall become liable to the town for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the town by reason of such violation.
