§ 50.15 AUTHORITY; REMOVAL FROM JURISDICTION.
   The Town Council hereby adopts this section removing the municipal water utility from jurisdiction of the Utility Regulatory Commission of the State of Indiana for the approval of rates and charges and of the issuance of stocks, bonds, notes or other evidence of indebtedness by the adoption of this section.
