(A) All copies made upon the town's photocopy machines shall be charged to the person, entity, corporation or agency requesting the same, at a rate established by a resolution adopted by the Town Council. The resolution may be amended from time-to-time as necessary to comply with Indiana statute or to reflect increases or decreases in the costs associated with providing the copies. At all times the costs shall be consistent with Indiana statutes (currently, I.C. 5-14-3-8).
(B) The fees shall be charged and paid at the time the copies are made.
(C) The rate to be paid for copies made on the town’s photocopy machines will be $.10 per page.
(D) In all other respects, payment shall be made consistent with this section.
