The town hereby adopts the National Incident Management System dated March 1, 2004 (together with any subsequent amendments thereto) as the standard and procedures to be followed in prevention, preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation of all major and national hazards situations and as a pre-condition to the receipt of federal grants, contracts and activities related thereto.
