(A) The operation of the Town Police Department shall be subject to Standard Operating Guidelines adopted by the Town Marshal and, to be available in the office of the Brooklyn Police Department and the Clerk-Treasurer.
(B) Enforcement of the Standard Operating Guidelines shall be standard policy of the Marshal’s Department. Under no conditions are the Standard Operating Guidelines to be considered an ordinance nor are violations of the Guidelines to be considered to be an ordinance violation.
