§ 32.02 RESERVE MARSHALS.

The Town Marshal may also utilize unpaid Reserve Officers. The number may not exceed the number set by the Town Council Qualifications for Reserve Marshals must at least meet Indiana Code requirements and any requirement set by other state or federal authority.
