§ 31.66 ADMISSIONS NOT A JUDGMENT.
   The admission of an ordinance violation under this subchapter does not constitute a judgment for the purposes of I.C. 33-37 and ordinance violation costs may not be collected from a defendant under I.C. 33-37-4.
