(A) The Clerk Treasurer and Deputy Clerk Treasurer, and all other persons who may be appointed by further action of the Town Council, are hereby designated as Violations Clerks of the Brooklyn Ordinance Violations Bureau pursuant to I.C. 33-36-2-1.
(B) The town’s Violations Clerks may accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admissions of violations, and payments of civil penalties, not to exceed $250, for admitted ordinance violations listed in the schedule appearing in § 31.62, as may be amended from time to time.
