(A) Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-8-2, the town hereby establishes a Cash Change Fund for the Park in the total amount of $500.
(B) Warrants issued to establish the fund shall be drawn from the budget of the Park.
(C) The fund is to be overseen and supervised by the Clerk Treasurer.
(D) Other than when the Cash Change Fund is in active use by authorized representatives of the Park, the resources in that fund shall be in the physical possession of the Clerk Treasurer.
(E) Normal accounting rules will be complied with in accounting for both the Cash Change Fund and the receipts associated with its use.
