(A) In the municipal election of 2011 the successful candidate for Town Council District 1 will be elected for a single term of 1 year. Subsequent elections for this office will be 4 years beginning with the election in 2012.
(B) In the municipal election of 2011 the successful candidate for Town Council District 2 will be elected for a single term of 1 year. Subsequent elections for this office will be 4 years beginning with the election in 2012.
(C) In the municipal election of 2011 the successful candidate for Town Council at-large will be elected for a single term of 1 year. Subsequent elections for this office will be 4 years beginning with the election in 2012.
(D) In the municipal election of 2011 the successful candidate for Clerk-Treasurer will be elected for a single term of 3 years. Subsequent elections for this office will be 4 years beginning with the election of 2014.
(E) As authorized by I.C. 36-5-2-4.1(g), effective May 14, 2019, the Town Council hereby abolishes Town Council voting districts and designates all Council members to be at-large members.
