Buildings of the seventh grade are miscellaneous buildings. Miscellaneous buildings shall include any building or structure not classified in the grades set forth in Sections 1444.06 through 1444.11, except as hereinafter provided, and shall include, but not be limited to, water, commercial television and radio towers.
