(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) hereof, whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) Whoever violates Section 1068.18 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(c) Park permits held by persons or groups violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to immediate cancellation and revocation.
(d) The Village Police Department shall have the authority:
(1) To order any person violating any provision of this chapter to leave the park or recreation area; and
(2) To ticket or tow, or cause to have towed, any vehicle that is in violation of any provision of this chapter.
