(a) The use of basketball facilities, baseball diamonds, horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, tennis courts and soccer fields within any park shall be limited to residents of the Village of Brooklyn Heights and one guest per resident. The Mayor may further limit guest privileges if the use of the facility so warrants.
(b) The Mayor is authorized to make and establish such additional rules and regulations not otherwise provided and not inconsistent with the provisions of this section as he or she may deem necessary to protect the public in the use of the public parks and the facilities therein or to protect and preserve such parks and facilities.
