§ 32.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   If the Chief of Police or any police officer, shall refuse or neglect to obey or comply with the lawful orders of the Mayor or City Council of the city, or neglect or refuse to faithfully discharge his or her duties, or to comply with the provisions of §§ 32.01 through 32.13, or any ordinance or by-law of the city, or shall in the discharge of his or her official duties receive any bribe, or be guilty of any fraud, extortion, favoritism, partiality, injustice, or willful wrong, he or she shall, on conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than $5 and not more than $25, or by imprisonment in the county jail or city jail not exceeding 20 days or by both the fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
