A police force for the city is hereby organized and established to consist of the Chief of Police, who shall hold his or her office by virtue of the provisions of Ord. 1 (Ord. 1 was superceded by provisions in new Charter), of the compiled ordinances of the city, entitled, “An Ordinance to Establish an Administrative Code for the City of Bronson, Michigan”, and the number of police officers as the City Council shall from time to time determine.
