§ 33.15 CITY HALL COMMITTEE.
   (A)   The City Hall Committee is hereby established as a standing committee of City Council. The Council member or members comprising this Committee shall be appointed by the Mayor.
   (B)   The City Hall Committee shall advise City Council concerning the maintenance, supervision and use of City Hall.
