§ 32.16 MEETINGS.
   (A)    Regular meetings of the Council shall be held on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the City Building.
   (B)   (1)   Special meetings of the Council may be called by the Mayor or upon written request of a majority of the Council.
      (2)   In the call, the Mayor or Council shall designate the purpose, time and place of the special meeting with sufficient notice for the attendance of Council members and for compliance with KRS Chapter 61 and with KRS 61.823.
   (C)   At a special meeting, no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose.
   (D)   The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the person responsible for maintaining city records as provided under § 31.31 of this code of ordinances and by the officer presiding at the meeting.

   (E)   The City Council shall conduct its meetings in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order, newly revised edition.
   (F)   The City Attorney shall act as parliamentarian for the City Council.
