§ 151.37 RULES AND REGULATIONS ADOPTED FOR ENFORCEMENT OF HOUSING CODE.
   The Building and Zoning Inspector may recommend to the Mayor the adoption of such written rules and regulations as he or she may deem necessary for the proper enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Any rules and regulations concerning the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter which may be promulgated by the Mayor shall be subject to the approval of the City Council in accordance with KRS 83A.130(4) and shall only be adopted after a public hearing has been held in accordance with the laws governing the conduct of public hearings by the City Council. Such rules and regulations shall not be in conflict with the provisions of this chapter. A certified copy of all rules and regulations which may be adopted pursuant to this section shall be filed with the City Clerk. Such rules and regulations shall have the same force and effect as the provisions of this chapter, and the penalty for violation thereof shall be the same as the penalty for violation of the provisions of this chapter, as provided in § 151.99 of this chapter.
