(A) This chapter shall be enforced by the Police Department or any other peace officer with jurisdiction in the city.
(B) The Police Department or any peace officer with jurisdiction within the city shall have access to all places of business with licenses issued pursuant to this chapter and shall periodically inspect such businesses to ensure compliance with this chapter.
