§ 112.23 RENEWAL; REPLACEMENT.
   (A)   Renewal.
      (1)   Any licensee under this chapter may renew his or her license at the expiration thereof; provided, he or she is then qualified to receive a license and the premises for which such renewal license is sought are suitable for such purpose.
      (2)   The renewal privilege herein provided for shall not be construed as a vested right.
   (B)   Replacement. Whenever a license issued under this chapter shall become lost or destroyed without fault upon the part of the holder, a duplicate of the original shall be issued by the city upon the payment of a fee of $1 and an affidavit stating the loss or destruction of the original license.
