Premises which have obtained a malt beverages license may remain open between the hours of 11:00 a.m. Sunday and 1:00 a.m. Monday and may sell malt beverages during those hours. Alcoholic beverages may be sold on any special, general, primary or local issue election day in the city under the general provisions of any license issued.
