The provisions of KRS Chapters 243 and 244 are hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference as fully as though copied herein. No person or premises who or which may be ineligible or disqualified from holding any permit or license pursuant to the provisions thereof shall be eligible or qualified to receive or hold a license under the provisions of this chapter.
