§ 110.52 COLLECTION.
   The business regulatory license fees and occupational license fees imposed and levied by this chapter shall be received and collected by the City Clerk/Tax Collector or by the Fiscal Court of the county, with which the executive authority of the city is hereby authorized to contract for those services.
