(A) Any person or entity who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of between $25 and $100 for a first offense, and for each subsequent offense a fine of between $250 and $500.
(B) In addition, violations of this chapter are deemed to be a civil offense enforceable through the city’s Code Enforcement Board.
