Any and all landline telephone service providers including, but not limited to, Cincinnati Bell, Insight Communications and Time Warner Communications, submitting bills to customers within the city shall discontinue the collection of emergency 911 fees within the city. All fees collected before 1-1-2013 shall be promptly paid to the city in accordance with previous procedures.
