§ 92.21 REPAIR WORK ON MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   The practice of persons repairing, stripping and painting motor vehicles of which the person is not the owner, whether for remuneration or otherwise, within the residential districts of thecity is prohibited and declared to be a public nuisance.
