There are hereby established parking zones for persons with disabilities in the locations indicated. No owner or operator of a motor vehicle shall park a vehicle in the zones described in this parking schedule unless such vehicle has a valid sign for persons with disabilities displayed, which has been issued by the commonwealth’s Transportation Cabinet or similar agency.
