SCHEDULE I. ONE-WAY STREETS.
   (A)    Vehicle traffic moving over the following streets shall travel only in the direction indicated:

Shelby Street
Between Pleasant Street and Steve Tanner Street
West
Short Street
Between Shelby Street and Pike Street
 
   (B)   Whoever violates this schedule shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $20, nor more than $100, for each offense.
