§ 71.38 TRUCKS PROHIBITED ON CITY STREETS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to drive any truck on the city streets, except for the purpose of making delivery or picking up a load, within the city corporate boundaries, in which case such vehicle may be driven on such streets for not more than the minimum distance necessary for that purpose.
   (B)   TRUCK, as used in this section, shall be defined as a motor vehicle which has a weight designation of one ton (2,000 pounds) or more.
